The Library's collection is primarily made up of printed books and journals. This includes both modern material and rare books and journals.

Older library material may not be on the online catalogue. Please contact us if you require assistance.

Online databases:
If you are onsite at the Australian Museum, you can access our online taxonomical databases, Zootaxa and Zoological Record, via Quick Links.
